Toronto Fashion Week Day Two Fall/Winter 2015

Photographer: Paul Ross "Top of the Runway"

Day three of fashion week Vawk gave us embellishments, black & white with sprinkles of red, pink, and periwinkle. There were a few items on the runway that I could definitely see in my closet including the color-block coat and the red/gold embellished top with the fuchsia mini skirt. So cute!

Narces was one of my favorite shows on Day two. The evening gowns that he gave us were absolutely gorgeous. The black see through mesh dress covered in antique gold appliques was everything! A few of his pieces reminded me of something that Herve Leger would make. Thoughts?

Melissa Nepton was everything! I loved her use of geometric shapes on her jacket, hot pant look, as well as her mini dress and vest looks. I love how towards the end of her show she gave us some spring colors for fall. Just because we will be going into the colder seasons doesn't mean we have to put away all of our lighter colors. Every sherbet/grey/salmon colored piece that hit the runway I was totally there for. What are your favorites?

David Dixon was the last show of the evening and he was celebrating his 20 year anniversary in the the fashion industry. He made sure that he did not disappoint. Through his clothes it was as if he was letting us know that he wasn't going anywhere and he was here to stay. He brought it! He gave us "Joan of Arc" woman warrior throughout his show. We saw structured bodices, grommets, and capes. I loved how he gave us strong, confident woman. I also loved how he used a variety of models. Thoughts?
