Sweater: Zara/ Skirt: Thrifted/ Heels: Nine West/ Bag: Zara/ Earrings: Vintage/ Sunglasses: Borrowed/ Lipstick: MAC (Pink Plaid)
On my way back home from airport to airport yesterday I couldn't help reminisce on this week. All of the many things that I've learned and all of the fun that I have had. I am truly grateful and thankful. This entire week has been amazing to say the least! From the beautiful condo that I stayed in to the great company that was there with me, it was great. The last day of World MasterCard Fashion Week I went for a monochrome ensemble. Although I love the color green, it typically isn't a color that I reach for so I went for it.
This mint green sweater was a score during this past Zara sale. The neck was what totally sold me on this piece. From the high collar to the two pieces in that back that can be tied into a bow, I knew it would be perfect for this look. The skirt was a score while thrifting some time back for $2. The skirt was actually about four sizes to big and I had it taken in by my seamstress. It's still a little big in the waist but since the sweater is over sized I didn't care that much. I added some print with my leopard pumps and a bit more color with this blush pink bag. Last but not least these sunglasses are everything right?? I love them! They just made the whole look perfect!
Although I am ecstatic to be home because I missed my love, it was bittersweet leaving Canada. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity!
Stay tuned for my favorite designer looks from World MasterCard Fashion Week!
